Because we take security very seriously, we are always looking for ways to offer customers more security for their domain portfolio. Typically more security means less convenience for customers - but not always! We are now recommending customers use Authy instead of Google Authenticator since it offers the same 2 factor authentication benefits, but adds some additional conveniences to make your life a little easier. Most importantly, Authy offers a cloud-based backup for all of your 2FA codes so in the event you upgrade to the latest iOS 8, lose, format, etc. your phone, you can easily recover your 2FA accounts by simply downloading Authy.
