Beck Law Office is considering hosting a free estate planning informational event. At this event we would present you with general information on wills, trusts, power of attorneys and the probate process in general. Our staff would be available to answer questions as well as provide you with a questionnaire to get you started on your personal estate plan. If after the event you decide you want to leave this questionnaire with us, we would complete your documents for you for a nominal fee determined on your needs. However, if you decide this is not something you want to take advantage of at this time, hopefully you will have some great information to help your understanding of this process. This would be absolutely a no pressure event. If you already have these documents, we also would be available to look over them for you to make sure what you currently have is what you need. We think it would be an easy way to get this incredibly important task completed and insure your loved ones are well taken care of. We have heard from so many people that this is a task they keep putting off and think this would be a great and easy way to get this taken care of.
