Here they are!! 1) Starter kit will contain 1 large scarf, 1 infinity scarf, 1 small scarf (purse or headband scarf), a scarf display, catalogs, business cards, and order forms. The bag in the picture is your starter kit bag -- how cute is that?! 2) Commission will be 40% paid on the 15th of each month for the prior months sales. 3) NO MINIMUM sales to receive 40% commission. 4) NO STOCK required. With that said, no discounts will be given on stock purchased by consultants. You will, however, receive your 40% commission on anything you purchase. 5) Downline will be as follows: 1-5 active consultants generate an additional 2% commission based on team sales. 6-9 active consultants generate an additional 4% commission based on team sales. 10+ active consultants generate an additional 6% commission based on team sales. Bonuses will be offered to directors from time to time ranging in $50-$500 per quarter based on sales. Consultants become "Active" after their first $100 order.
