Beef Tongue. Love it or leave it? Because tongue is so high in fat, it’s very tender. It’s also one of the tastiest organ meats and the easiest to cook—I’ve made it myself in a crockpot. Not very pretty to look at, but tasty nonetheless. I’ve heard of some people actually preferring tongue over other cuts of beef after they’ve tried it.
