Beef With Cashew Beef(Thinly sliced), Soy sauce, Ginger garlic and onion (all thinly sliced) , Sweet Soysauce(If you can find it), viniger , cashew, broccoli and carrot, corn flower, ginger garlic paste, dry red chilli, tomato sauce. Marinate the beef with little bit of ginger garlic paste, soysauce and sweet soysauce, and little bit of cornflour and little bit viniger. Marinate for few hours. You can marinate over night in the freezer. Heat some oil and fry the cashew until light brown. Drain and in the same oil fry some red dry chilli and drain just when color change. If you have large amount of meat then u have to do the next step in batches. If your meat has drained tooo much water then add some more corn flower. Heat oil really high temp and add the beef and quickly stirr fry it for 2 to 3 min until meat is tender. Take it out of the pan and do the same with next batch. Heat little bit oil again and add the ginger, onion and garlic. Saute until raw smell is gone. Add the vegetable and fry for 1 min. put all the beef back in the pan with the veg....and saute...in a small bowl mix little more soy sauce, sweet soysauce, little bit corn flour and tomato sauce and pour it over the meat..also add half of the cashew and the fried chilli. Cook until sauce is thicken. Take it off the heat and add some spring onion and mix. When serving put the rest half cashew on top and some spring onion. NB: try to slice the meat across the grain. It will make it really tender in short time. I couldnt put any measurement of the sauces. As I do everything by eye
