Beef boti kababs Ingredients Boneless beef 200 gm Ginger garlic paste1 tsp Green chilies grinded 1 tsp Salt 2. ½ tsp Water 2 cups Potatoes (boiled and mashed)200 gm Black pepper 1 tsp All spices powder 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp Mint leaves chopped2 tbsp Yogurt 2 tbsp Eggs 1 plus 2 Oil for frying Method Boil beef with ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt and water till tender and water dries, cool and shred the meat. Mix together meat, boil and mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, yogurt, salt, black pepper, all spice powder and 1 egg. Mix well. Make into long kababs; dip in beaten egg and deep fry.
