Been 2 weeks on this booty madness training . I see visible changes and very exited about it. My goal is to get close to Eva Andressas booty look. Im same size as hers (103 cm ) but not the same look. So the first think I did it set down and analyze my booty type . From there I found out what I need to do with what I have now to were I want to be . There is no booty program out there the tell that , it must be bace on our personal goals and booty type , so no books and programs helps I customize every single training according my needs So the first think I add back the complex carbs , adding plyometric , squats are not on my my list at the moment My focus is to firm and lift more , I try to trim my mid section and legs this will really make visual idea of bigger booty So , Im down with 2 cm in my hip , but visual looks more bigger and round
