Been a long time since Ive visited the Royal Court in Liverpool where I played many times in the 80s. Sitting under the balcony last week, I was reminded of a great Red Wedge gig we did there and the unfortunate night I did a show there after West Ham had been knocked out of the cup by Tranmere Rovers. I was there to see this great little play by Mark Davies Markham that skewers Michael Goves meddling in the education of our kids. Very funny and very political too. well worth seeing.
