Been a very interesting day...today! Very happy to meet up with a fellow Singaporean runner William Muk when I saw his posting that he is atvMacRitchie running. So immediately left to get there whn he said he will wait for me! N guess what we both had the same target of completing an up n coming event which we both hoped to accomplish! So did one of the famous MacRitchie lap. So full of gravels u just had to be careful!! Still can remember I did 4 of those laps earlier this year when I did the MR Salomon Full Marathon Cross Country with great result! 11km 72 mins Then back to Orchard Road I decided to hv yet another swim. This evening I did double of what I did yesterday 500m done! #worldofsports #salomonrunning #freespiritrunber
