Been a while since I visited my favorite Mexican restaurant, but after some discoveries preparing pho in recent weeks, I had to taste test the shredded beef in their tacos for comparison. Yep: I think I know how to make it at home just as good as theirs, if not better (and theirs is outstanding). The tortillas, however, would still have to be outsourced. Nothing, I mean nothing, beats their tortillas for their tacos or in their chips (and the red sauce was particularly sinus-clearing today).
