Been a while since last post but the girls started back to school after summer and I finished my semester at school, one closer to the nursing program. We are in the process of fighting to get hand controls for Hannah to start driving, tricare doesnt want to pay to have her evaluated to get the ones from the spinal cord commission. We dont have the funds to pay out of pocket to get her certified so Im fighting them! I am also about to embark on a fight with the school board about the excused and unexcused absence policy, in Cabot the only thing that is excused is school related trips or business. The kids that have to go to dr appts for just being sick or from having an illness that requires them to go to the dr on a regular basis. Hannah has good grades and does good in school and should have been exempt from semester test but wasnt because she had absences from dr appts that exceeded 3, the speciality Drs that we go to just make appts and then send you the time and date. Just pray for strength as I go through these battles for Hannah
