Been busy lately getting medical and cardiac clearance for upcoming total knee replacement next Weds. Ortho states benefits outweigh the risks at this time. My weight is against me, but this ortho dr. is very open minded and feels if I go to a rehab center for a few weeks and then outpt. therapy and work really hard, that I will do well. He said today, if all goes well with my left knee, he will do the other knee in 6 weeks. Then hips need to be done as well next year. Getting nervous because I know how bad the pain is going to be, but Ive been suffering with a great deal of pain for over 2 years.
