Been gluten, dairy and refined sugar free since last Thursday... Strictly organic. We spent $150 on fruit and vegetables and things like apple vinegar and flaxseed etc etc... It will almost all be gone by tomorrow... My plan is to eventually go raw vegan except for honey and bee pollen, but for now Im still allowing fish and chicken...Im tracking calories on MyFitnessPal, and Im still ending up around only 1200 calories a day and Im not even working out heavily yet. On all the blogs and videos Ive read in the last year, no one talks about the number of calories he or she aims for in a day. I want to be AT LEAST 1500, burning about 1/3 of them... also, Im not allowing myself to be hungry either... Any advice out there?
