Been inactive for too long! Unsure of the future of this page... May be making some changes eventually but in the meantime will share some helpful information about birth, mothering, health, etc. First up: if you or someone you know had a C-section did you know that it is important to break up the scar tissue to avoid complications and pain from adhesions? This is something no one on my medical team told me about, I learned it in a mom forum. If you are months or even years past your surgery dont be afraid to still do this!
