Been making it my goal to get my workouts in first thing in the morning so NADA can get in the way of them. Feels so good to be able to go through the day knowing that youve already accomplished something so important for your own health (both mind and body!) My personal new obsession is my jump rope - theres so much variety in it (speed, alternating feet, high knees, etc) and its a super effective form of cardio. Ive been starting out w 30-45 minutes of jumping and then heading into weights....and Ive gotta say it has me feeling great!
