Been meaning to post this. A few of you asked what was different at Silver Bullet that I liked. I recently visited The Silver Bullet with some students after several years of not going. I hated that place... yes hated. Well, at the request of one student and her husband, I met them there for range time. Immediately, the place was cleaner. They somewhat cleaned up the lanes, and ventilation was better, cold, but decent ventilation. The thing that did it for me, was customer service. Im big on customer service. You can have the nicest range, but if youre a shitty host, I wont go back. Their customer service has improved, a lot. That said, its still small, and a few too many rules for my liking. Its still not my first choice for indoor range, but I wont avoid it like I used to.
