Been putting weight back on. Its a mixture of stress, being busy and I need to refocus. I read a thing that I am going to start trying to do. Its about eating a big breakfast, a medium lunch and a small dinner. I usually snack all day, always feel hungry and find myself needing sweets, making excuses to ignore the poor nutrients attached to hand outs, and justifying the frequent visits to my pantry/fridge. Ill see today if eating the big breakfast cures my morning long snacking. My problem areas are mostly between 10 am and 3 pm. I do most of my negative actions during these times. I find it better to focus on my work while I eat, because I feel hungry. Im going to try this for a week and see if I notice a difference in my urges. This morning was a full egg, egg white, half an apple, half a banana and two pieces of whole wheat toast with butter. I am stuffed! Snacking sounds gross, lol.
