Been quite a week. Enough to say I have felt overwhelmed. I am grateful that I learned at an early age from my grandmother and then my parents to read and study Gods word. There is truth in this scripture: Isaiah 55:11 So will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed. Theyll do the work I sent them to do, theyll complete the assignment I gave them. As I contemplated how I was going to accomplish all that was before me this scripture popped in my head. Psalm 119:143 As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands. WOW .... I have not posted what the events of this week have been because it had been do overwhelming. Tuesday my dad was admitted to the hospital again. Same thing as last time. Only thing they can determine is it may be his medications. He is frail and does not look well. With work, the holidays and a trip coming up it has been difficult to keep up with everything. They discharged him from the hospital yesterday and he was admitted to a skilled nursing facility for a few days to help him gain strength and get medication levels in control. Mom is feeling lonely and confused. She would appreciate calls for support. If you need our numbers message me. Thank you in advance friends and family for your prayers.
