Been reading all the posts lately about the bad experiences that everyone is having with our local WM Pharmacy. After 6 trips to try and pick up one prescription over the past couple of days and being told each time that it was in process but would take about an hour and a half to fill, we still do not have our prescription and were told it would be mid morning tomorrow before it was ready after also being told it would be ready by 5:00 today. With all the frustration over this, I will also be the first to say that I realize the problem is NOT with the ladies that work the register. I can honestly say that I have stood in ridiculous lines for the past couple of days and have witnessed their frustration as well. I will however say that there is a SERIOUS problem internally and something NEEDS to be done about it. Its easy to say just switch to another pharmacy.... the problem for some of us is that we are limited on who we can use through our insurance programs. It is ridiculous for people to have to drive to another WM location because of this! I dont know what can be done, but I will definitely do my part by calling Corporate in the morning and each morning afterwards until something changes. There are SO many local seniors on fixed incomes that rely on the WM $4 program and I cannot imagine their frustration over this!!!! There is not a lot that leaves me speechless.....this does!
