Been reading and talking with friends... had a down day - TopicsExpress

Been reading and talking with friends... had a down day yesterday, just didnt feel very peppy or happy... little anxious, just depressed. Not me. One friend said, youve been through the wringer! And I had to stop and think... I have. In the last two months, Ive been hospitalized 17 days... had 4 transfusions equaling 13 pints of blood and plasma... had life threatening blood clots in my lungs and legs... 3 ambulance rides, 5 ER visits... 2 surgeries... 17 prescriptions filled... wow. Yeah I guess that can cause a person to feel a little down and anxious. I worry if Im finally past the worse... I think so. And were going through a major family court battle thing with a trust and that is coming to a head this week and has lots of issues I just dont want to discuss... throw that all in with two months of hardly working and all, and youve got a nice big mess of an emotional cocktail! Feel better today, Its bright and shiny out and warmer... I think some outside time, visits with the animals, a trip to the local apple orchard for a gallon of their fantastic cider should help a bit. I dont like feeling that way, its not me and Im not that. Of course, reading over at the hystersisters forum is that Im right on track... many gals start to feel a little weird after a week... Im sure all the hormone changes are working on me and youve got the increased blood flow and feeling better... everything just has to level out and get normal! haha... I wonder how long takes? Anyone have the same things? Help me feel normal here... :-)
