Been stalled at 170-171 for a little over a week now. Re-calculated my basal metabolic rate, and Ive been eating more calories than I need for my new weight. ( Havent calculated it since 185. ) So, hoping that my new configuration on MyFitnessPal helps me break this stall. Still very low carb, high fat (no hunger welcome here, boo hunger), moderate protein. The only change is the calorie intake. Also, Im totally guilty of snacking if I dont go to bed on time. (Non-hungry snacking, like just for fun.) So Ive been booting myself out of ketosis over and over with too much protein (shredded chicken and cheese being my main culprits mmmm), which then turns into glucose once I enter a surplus. ( Defeating the point of keto. ) I can do this~! Re-programmed and ready to go. :)
