Been thinking about his story all day long since watching the touching tribute for him on Sports Center this morning. RIP Stuart Scott. Did you know that he was the first ever recipient of the Beachbody Challenge Inspiration Award back in 2013? This is his moving and gracious acceptance speech. He speaks right to my heart and my same why when he talks about wanting to set a positive example for his 2 daughters. Stuart Scott had such relentless and inspirational strength and conviction. He embodied the Beachbody motto- Decide. Commit.Succeed. And he did, for six long years, in his fight against cancer. He was incredibly vocal on social media and beyond about how he used the Beachbody program P90X to combat chemotherapy and the wrath of cancer on his body. He talks of his will to live, his perseverance to keep up the fight, and the overall human spirit.
