Been trying to post this since 5AM???? Thank YOU LORD for another day, chance, & opportunity to get it right & stand in the gap for others. On this date in 2013 I, I, I, I, ME, ME, ME, Sabrina got SICK AND TIRED of being the way I (WAS HEALTH WISE)...so guess what? Yep I prayed & GOD blessed me with some wonderful resources and I used them! Yes TODAY 8.26.14 marks 1 year of my LIFESTYLE CHANGE! I love it, cause folks who know me, know where I started from. No fad gimmicks, pills, surgery or wraps (IM NOT KNOCKING ANY OF THOSE METHODS) cause folks are going to do what they want to. Its 2 things thats helping me to get through this (maintain) 1.
