Been watching the Lord of the Rings with the kids this week. I must say, that since coming to Torah and a Hebraic understanding of life I enjoy watching them even more. Tolkien seemed to have a grasp on the Hebraic point of view. Just the flavor of everything in them, the fights, the love, the loyalty, and the meaning of things, and gifts that are given, the way evil is stood up to by the will of the one fighting, the power of words and blessings, and even cursings. Its just so rich. I highly recommend them.
