Been with intermittent internet service since last Friday!! Grrrrr! After phone calls with internet service provider, taking computer to El Dorado for a diagnostic check & finding nothing wrong with computer (per suggestion of ISP), another phone call with ISP & requesting a new DSL modem, waiting for it to arrive by USPS (which actually only took 1 day from Salina -- not bad) -- Have new modem installed & as of NOW everything seems to be running smoothly. So frustrating, but hopefully Im on a roll now!!
