Been working hard on my legs recently trying to put up heavier and heavier weight to put some size on. This is my burn out set 315 lbs for 20 reps. They are box squats however. I broke my hip bone a few months back that put me out for weeks and this helps from going too too low. Trying to avoid the same injury. Also my left knee had been bothering me from the increased cardio Ive been doing. My last set before this was 455 lbs X 6 reps. They are definitely growing and it feels great having a set of solid ass wheels when everyone else is hiding them; I show them off. :) Looking to break 1000 lbs from deadlift + Squat. On track now. Perhaps a few more weeks.
