Before Christmas hits like a ton of bricks and anyone else orders from me - please let me take a moment and let all of you know whats been going on and offer a brief explanation as to why orders are hitting beyond their 6 week mark. Its Christmas. I work at my church for now and they always throw a bunch of stuff at me last minute for the holidays. We not only had a major production go on a week ago, but we also had a big name speaker come and preach. This meant long days and little sleep - and working on what should have been my days off to make helmets. My wife, as I have said before, is going through treatment for Psoriatic Arthritis and her appointments have also been on my days off from my regular job. My wife has also finished up her degree for Paralegal studied and is graduating today. Above, you saw me say for now as to my current employment. Once my wife has her degree in hand, she has a good prospect for a job and I will be able to devote more time to making costume parts around being a stay-at-home dad. And as for me personally, I took a couple of days off after this past weekend because I was already ill before participating in a parade, and the cold along with mold in the restaurant afterward caused me to be laid up for a few days hopped out on Dayquil. Please forgive me for any delays. If you have paid for rush and they are late, message me and Ill make it right. If you have been waiting longer than expected, I truly am sorry and I am working as fast as I can. I have one appointment on Friday for my wifes potential new employment, but the rest of that day and all day Saturday, I will be a manic casting machine. My record is 8 helmets in one day and Im going to try for 12 to get them out before Christmas.
