Before I delved into my morning meditation, well what would actually now be an afternoon meditation, I decided to share this first. The repetitive ingestion of injustice will cause regurgitation. No one considers regurgitation to be pretty, but when a person has ingested poison, regurgitating can help preserve life. I look at Alis work, and hear his words from that birds eye perspective. I really felt Jas intensity and heard his intellectual breathing. There is some brief coarse language in the video for those who would prefer to not listen. Still, the images alone give you a sense of why I chose the previous comparison. I was thinking as I watched and listened how many songs like these have been made in tongues I cannot understand, about injustices that I never see reported on the news. It does begin to churn the stomach at some point. Music has always been, in many ways, a pumping of the stomach.
