Before I fall asleep I want to thank God for someone who changed my life almost 13 years ago. In about an hour on August 6, 2001, my daughter Taylor Blake Jones was born and life as I knew it has never been the same. I found out what love really meant as I held her as she slept on my chest just hours after she was born. I had no idea at less than 3hrs old that she was already a thief because she stole my heart and has had it ever since. Life wasnt about me anymore, it was all about that beautiful miracle that I held in my arms. I never thought I could ever love someone so much but I was wrong. She was then and will always be Daddys girl! 13 years later that little angel has grown into a beautiful young lady that is so smart and makes me so proud each day I am allowed to live and be her dad. But of all the wonderful attributes she possesses, the number one is Jesus in her heart! I never thought I would be good as a father but it is the easiest thing ever when you love someone more than you love yourself. I am blessed beyond anything I could ever deserve. So I want to wish my baby the Happiest Birthday she could ever have, of course until the next one comes! You will always be that little angel I rocked and sang to before you would fall asleep. You make being your Dad the most special job on the world. I love you!
