Before I really got into cooking, around the age of 4, the daunting thing was that it takes so long to do. Knowing the right prepping techniques makes things so much easier and faster. Now I love prepping onions. When Id travel for work, eating in restaurants and living in hotels, I would dream of coming home to chopping onions and garlic and eating good food.
