Before Versus Day gets underway, any Batgirl fans in here, I was just wondering what you guys think of the reimagining now that were a few issues in? I miss Gail Simone, her writing seemed to carry a lot more weight behind it, with the new creative team, they all feel like throwaway stories and characters. =/ I have heard some girls say that they can relate to this Batgirl more and a part of me feels really disappointed to hear them say that, IMO Batgirls been nerfed! She went from this badass, prominent member of the BatFamily, to this rookie college kid whos seems more concerned about her image than fighting crime or going to school. Ill give it maybe another 2 or 3 issues but so far, its been pretty underwhelming =(
