Before and After Photos - Another Reno completed for Happy Clients... I have a number of international clients who have purchased investment properties through me. Some have even purchased them site unseen, largely depending on my council and expertise. Then while they are out of country, they depend on me to find suitable Tenants who will make the monthly rent payments on time. They also depend on me to manage the properties and if theres an issue...fix it. Well recently I had a call from a Tenant that had a leak coming from the kitchen faucet and a mold smell. Upon further inspection it was determined that the problem was larger than expected. Not only did we have to replace the faucet but we had to replace the sink and the counter top. The leaking faucet caused the laminate counter top to rot from the inside (thus the mold smell). Well, I got the call the other day and I solved the problem quickly with a newly installed faucet, sink and counter top. see Before and After photos below...All the while my clients are comfortable knowing their investment is well taken care of!
