Before anyone starts hating on me, at least let me say I liked the guy a lot. I am not going to go as far as posting pictures of him etc. Just because he died because I think it is reasonably unfair to do that kind of thing when you never did while he was living. However I have seen many people showing and feeling remorse for Robin Williams because for some reason you people seem to think that happy people dont have depression. Here is the thing millions of you people have, will, or think about posting the quote I can fake a smile depression is something that is ALL AROUND YOU. Its not some new disease that only Robin Williams had. It can affect anyone. Including children. Depression doesnt discriminate. When a child commits suicide no one recognizes them and feels the need to start recognizing them and their sadness. EVERYONE can fake a smile. And thousands of people do it everyday. But instead we as a society continue and continue to bring these people down. Even family and friends that are well aware someone they care about is suffering they neglect to help. I have mixed emotions on how much one persons death has made depression such an awareness. When it has existed in the hearts and souls of many for so long. You think just because someone is smiling they are not dying on the inside. You think that all these people who stay positive dont have the world working against them emotionally, physically, and mentally. My advice read peoples eyes, understand their heart, and look past their smile. This is a subject I could rant about for days so I wont keep going. However maybe; just maybe the most inspiring people, are the ones who need the inspiring.
