Before end of workout Shoulder Drop 31.3kg/69lb. Did this as I would have to in competition: Clean weight to position, hands on bar until it is time to drop, no rolling bar down back and/or arms. Rule change made at last weekend at IAWA Annual Meeting to allow legs to bend when bar is caught which means the 60kg/132lb George Dick did in 2004 was caught with legs straight!! CAUTION!!!! You are going to be tempted to lean forward....NO!!! Drop weight of shoulders, stick chest out AND PUSH HIPS FORWARD!!
