Before getting out of bed this morning, performed 2,000 Hammerfist strikes (10 series of 100 strikes using both arms together) - shadow boxing the punching bag (when you can envision the target as being your opponent within striking distance it matters little if it is air, a punching bag or an actual opponent - or opponents; it is all good practice - and builds endurance). Elbows out, striking to the centerline at face level using the clenched fist - striking with the edge by the little finger. Great for working the muscles in the forearms, too. I kept count by tens.... Harmony and Balance in training.
