Before my fellow right wingers go crazy bashing Obama on amnesty, research Ronald Reagan and his backing of reform that legalized 3 million undocumented immigrants in 1986. Bush Sr. did something similar in 1990. To go back further, Ford (another Republican) gave amnesty to draft dodgers and those who fled to Canada to avoid military service. Just like Democrats and Liberals praise Obama for the auto bailout, it was actually Bush Jr. who did the original bailout and Obama just used the platform to extend it further when he took office. They all work for the same team and we stand around bickering over table scraps when they are doing secret handshakes in the Dungeon of Doom cracking jokes how stupid we all are.
