Before saving the women of the world, we need to save ourselves first. I think self-care is an UNDERSTATEMENT. GIVE. I always say give because by giving there is something magical that is released, not measurable, that does in turn have a positive effect on us. ...as well, it need not be giving a thing or a gift; simply giving your time, your smile, your forgiveness, your unconditional regard for another human being works wonders to build you and help you SAVE the WORLD. In turn, we all support each other. We have progressed in time to more individual self-serving traits (dont confuse with self-care) only to find out that communal shared responsibility is what makes us healthy and truly develop. So the buck starts with you DEAR WOMEN!
