Before talking about MH370, bear in mind these ten points: 1. It is a very sensitive topic especially to those directly affected. 2. Never play on the emotions of people by making irresponsible utterances. 3. Speculation is prohibited, very hurtful and unfair. 4. Whilst all possibilities must be looked into arriving at premature conclusions is unacceptable. 5. People are all innocent until proven guilty. 6. Continue to have hope unless there is concrete, final evidence on the contrary. 7. Show solidarity with those affected. 8. Be patient and respectful with authorities dealing with the crisis. They too are affected and desperately seek closure. 9. Be very careful of believing irresponsible journalists and news houses. 10. Prayer never stops.
