Before the President reveals his plans to address Climate Change on Tuesday, let me remind you of the ONLY thing that will work, assuming that "will work" means: will produce ample amounts of energy, lower energy costs, eliminate pollution, eliminate excess carbon in the atmosphere, and end the need for coal and oil: Nuclear power across the board, preferably Thorium, in a Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactor. That, and only that, is "Change."
