Before the government criticizes schools for suspending a disproportionate percentage of black students, they had better study why the schools felt such action was necessary. To admit that they dont know why the students were suspended, and yet deplore the suspensions as somehow racial, shows a bias to the problem, and a reluctance to deal with it. If they want answers, ask the teachers..........
