Before you sleep, let us pray: Mighty and Everlasting God Tonight we bow down before Thy Holy presence. Thank you for seeing us through this Friday and granting us another night. We thank you for the gift of life and an opportunity to come before Thy Holy Presence. Dear Lord We seek forgiveness of our sins, mistakes and misdeeds. Cleanse us and Sanctify us to the glory of your Holy Name. Lord God we need Thee and every hour we need Thee. Tonight we come before Thy Holy Presence praying that you meet us at our points of needs. How we pray that you will sufficiently provides us with our needs according to you heavenly riches. Tonight we commit the institution of marriage unto Thee. Lord God you instituted it at the garden of Eden and the devil even at that time was not happy even at this time. Dear Lord we pray that you intervene in marriages and relationships. We curse the spirit of violence, carelessness, unfaithfulness, cheating and all other evils that lead to the collapse of the institution. Bless the barren with Children and make way where there is no way. Grant us breakthrough in all our endeavors and enlarge our territories. Dear Lord we commit unto Thee all the students and pupils during the December Holidays. Guard them and protect them. We curse sand condemn kidnappings, rape, senseless, Defilement and all evils that are planned and directed against them in Jesus Name. See through the Youths and the Elderly. Almighty Jehovah the Great Physician and Healer. We commit all the Sick including me unto Thy Mighty Healing power that you may see them through their pains and healing. Provide all that is needed by them to the glory of your Holy Name. Tonight comfort and console all who are mourning their dear ones. Wipe their tears and be coming to their aid. See through the orphans, destitute, widows and widowers. Almighty God we pray that you protect and guard us. We cover our country and its entire borders with the precious blood of Jesus. We curse all criminal activities in Jesus Name. See through all security forces and their families. Lord God we pray that those whom their relatives are missing may be found including our colleague Mr. Kimita , Journalist Bogonko Bosire and many others. Jehovah God grant journey mercies to all the travelers. We curse and condemn all form of accidents. May all road users observe traffic rules. We pray for the quick recovery of all who have been involved in accidents. Almighty God, the Great Judge we commit unto Thee all who have court case. May truth and justice prevail. See through all who are in prison, remand and police cells. Almighty Father i commit our country Kenya and the entire leadership unto Thee. Grant wisdom, power, knowledge, selflessness, love and ability to our leaders. May good governance, economic stability and plenty be found within our borders. We curse and condemn all acts of corruption, tribalism, nepotism and all other evils that negate the gains we have made since independence. See us through this Jubilee year and may it herald a new dawn. Be with those in the Diaspora. Tonight and throughout the Weekend, Dear Lord bless us as we come in and go out. This is our humble prayers in Jesus Mighty Name, AMEN!
