Beginning to integrate isolated movements from my recent programming. Learning a lot about myself through each session. The things I need more of (meditation/pranayama/stillness and deep stretching), the things I need less of (leaving my ego at door, cannot beast everything), the things I am learning and improving on (cannot rush the process, beginners mindset and to consistently build and chip away). I have never had scapular or upper body control in my movement bag before, especially coming from a soccer background (where legs feed the wolf), so recently the development of new skills has been humbling and refreshing for me. I have found enjoyment in the challenge, remembering to always be aware of the four ps of patience, perseverance, positivity and progression. I appreciate the process expanding my movement practice, always keeping my practice fresh so I avoid getting caught on the hamster wheel.
