Beginning to weep for the Australia I love and is being lost. First the government allows racism and prejudice to become part of Australian life with our appalling treatment of refugees. Then 5 teenagers get arrested over antisemitic attack on a group of Jewish schoolchildren (5 to 12) on a bus in Sydney. One mother received a call from her three daughters and said “They’re screaming, ‘Heil Hitler, kill the Jews ... we’re going to cut your throats’ ... then the phone cut off.”
