Behold, I will gather them from all the countries to which I drove - TopicsExpress

Behold, I will gather them from all the countries to which I drove them in my anger and my wrath and in great indignation. I will bring them back to this place, and I will make them dwell in safety. And they shall be my people, and I will be their God (Jeremiah 32:37-38 ESV). God always keeps His promises and sovereignly moves in history to accomplish His purposes. In 1948 Israel as a nation was reborn against all odds. Before that time many leading Christians completely spiritualized all texts in the Bible pertaining to Israel as a physical nation because of her dispersal and dissolution as a nation. Today even in the face of clear prophetic fulfillment many Christians still do the same because the theological glasses they look through will not allow for God to turn His attention back to Israel as a nation. But God will fulfill His physical promises to Israel as a nation. He literally scattered them beginning in AD 70 and He literally began returning them to their land in 1948 when Israel was born again as a nation. Fulfillment of that prophesy continues today as Jewish people continue to return to Israel from other nations to which they were scattered as was foretold. This fact is setting the stage for many Jewish people to be converted (Zec. 12, Romans 11:20-24) when the end of the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled (Luke 21:24; Romans 11:25). haaretz/jewish-world/jewish-world-news/1.614489
