Behold! Our 2nd #MeetTheBoardMonday Facebook post. Meet Ilana Zimmerman, the face of Frontier Fiesta in the expansive Houston community. She is our Director of Community Outreach and is working tirelessly to incorporate the UH and Houston community in the success of Frontier Fiesta. She is a Senior majoring in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology. In addition to being a successful Bauer student and Director of Community Outreach, she is also an avid Instagrammer. Frontier Fiesta is a tradition unique to the University of Houston, we showcase the diverse student body and roots of our university at Frontier Fiesta. Additionally, the fact that we are such a unique tradition truly sets us apart from the rest. Not only do we entertain on such a large scale, we construct the university fronts, invest students in an event that is important to our campus, and give back to the community through scholarships and Family Fun Day.
