Being a DISTRIBUTOR of Alliance In Motion Global, We are representing the company to every business transaction that we made. As we all know that we are in Multi-Level Marketing or also known as Network Marketing. And we are not exempt to the many challenges that we face in every transaction. But as we go through, dealing in every objections are allow as to mold a new character in managing,marketing, promoting and grow our business. I get some hint sight in the article that I read on HOW YOU CAN EXCEL by Murali Murthy. I excerpt some of is ideas and change it to something that suit with our business. Hope it helps us and guide us. Before this, he stated that PERSONAL BRANDING-is the most powerful self-marketing strategy for achieving career.It differentiates you so you can stand out and get noticed. He added that Branding is not about getting your target market to choose you over the competition. Its about getting prospects to see you as the ONLY ONE THAT PROVIDES SOLUTIONS TO THEIR CHALLENGE OR FILLS THEIR IMMEDIATE NEED . Instead of forcing your target market with wrong approach, change the rules of the game, attract your audience instead of pursuing them. HOW YOU CAN EXCEL: 1.) SELF- REFLECTION: - before you start the business you need to know what youre beginning with. Take a moment and write down all your goals and your reason WHYs. 2.) CONTINUOUS LEARNING: - Our business is more on promoting, always stay on the cutting edge. Study our guide, attend the training, seminars, PRACTICE how to present the marketing Plan and Products presentation. Seek a mentor who can advice you, support and develop you. 3.) CONSISTENT MARKETING SYSTEM/STRATEGY: - Everything we do or choose not to do,can communicate the value of your brand. Know and familiarize the ABC strategies, right words to use when approaching your invites, the clothes you wear must be presentable and the way you conduct yourself in every transaction, everything matters. 4.) BUILD RELATIONSHIP: - Keep in good contact with your network, downlines, friends or even communities. And always make sure your network knows of nay recent success. Find every opportunities to weave your personal, team mates and whole team. Always have an open communication to each and every one of them, support and guiding them to build their own teams too. Keep writing on our list, stay connected to all who reject you, they are not yet ready and their mindset is different from our point of view. 5.) FOLLOW-UP - Good follow-up will create a positive association with your brands. Update all your invites after your presentation within 24 hrs. and follow-up them once in a while but dont be sound sarcastic, or argue with them.Respect their decision and keep the communication open. Always says thank you after every rejections/decline. Building our personal branding is a constant thing and should continue to evolve through out our career.
