Being a Democrat and holding an opposing political opinion ... OR VOICING MY OPINION does not make me DISRESPECTFUL! I find it disrespectful that opposing perspectives have been labeled as being rude, impolite, ill mannered, insolent, and impertinence! NOW, this is being HYPOCRITICAL and DEFINITELY THE USE OF POLITICAL RHETORIC STRATEGIES. Being dismissive of anyones viewpoint is a cliquish elitist high school ploy. JUST SAY, I DO NOT AGREE! HOWEVER, SHAME ON ANYONE WHO TRIES TO BELITTLE ANYONES OUTLOOK THROUGH THE MISUSE CULTURAL NORMS. I AM CHAMORRO AND I WAS ALLOWED TO VOICE MY OPPOSITION to an array of issues growing up. As long as I articulated myself with a sense civil decorum AND avoided the use any FORM OF DECEITFUL MENTAL WARFARE GAMES, MY VOICE WAS HEARD. DO NOT UNDER ESTIMATE THE COGNITIVE COMPREHENSION CAPACITY of the AVERAGE VOTER! Let us put away the “MEAN GIRL” tactics! This is a political arena not a middle or high school playground. Play appropriately!
