Being a Leader is like being a quarterback. When you make that touchdown pass you get praised, as a leader when you make that right decision and produce a successful mission you also get rewarded with praise. But when you throw that interception you get criticized, also as a leader when you make that wrong decision and the mission bares no fruit, you too become criticized and second guessed. Be strong minded, always stay on your toes, plant your foot when necessary and never get complacent.
