Being a apart of a Flight Atrendant world and family you would think that just because something happens at one airline many countries away you, or we, would not be affected. WRONG. It is a small community, tight knit, well loved community and family worldwide. We see each other all over at different airports around the world and always acknowledge each other with a hello, wave, or tip of the head...knowing that we are all about to embark on the same type of thing....an airplane. And do pretty much the same job...save lives in an emergency. So when we lose an aircraft from even a rinky dink airline and an FA is lost, we feel it. It especially hurts harder when its one of your own and you know those lost. My heart breaks for the MH FA family as they go thru these 2 horrific incidents. Thoughts, hugs and many prayers to the MH cabin crews.
