Being a writer is romantic, financially lucrative, and glamorous... for your characters. For the writer? Not so much. Think I will write a novel about a food writer that makes a ton of money and lives in a sweet victorian house on acreage with a stable and horses...drives a cute little red car... and vacations in Europe several times a year. Just enough truth to let me live vicariously through her. :/
